On November 10th, the second edition of the Encontro Energia e Território took place in Évora. Representing POCITYF was Luis Filaho from UNIEVORA, who served as a speaker during the panel on Renewable Energy Communities.
The event, organized in collaboration with E-REDES, the National Network of Energy Agencies (RNAE), and the University of Évora, brought together professionals, researchers, and stakeholders from diverse sectors.
Through four panels, experts delved into pressing issues related to Portugal’s Energy Transition, addressing challenges such as the role of building efficiency in mitigating energy poverty, the transformative impact of Energy Communities on the electricity sector, and the challenges posed by Municipal Climate Action Plans.
