The University of Groningen in the Netherlands is organising a symposium in July to discuss why we should strive for energy-positive environment and how can energy-positive areas be developed.
The symposium will discuss these questions bringing together research and practical experiences from public and private sectors. Specific topics include the role of business parks, citizen participation, issues related to planning and legal aspects of energy-positive buildings.
