Join us in POCITYF's training at EUSEW 2026 Energy Days!

Cities Learning from Cities brings together experts and city representatives from the POCITYF project to explore how urban innovation can be adapted and replicated across diverse local contexts. This 90-minute webinar will be held as part of the European Sustainable Energy Days 2026 (EUSEW) on June 17th and will open with an introduction by João Cravinho from EDP who will frame the session within the wider experience and legacy of POCITYF.

Elena Conte from Energy@Work and Eleni Tsompanidou with Vasilis Sougkakis from CERTH will present methodologies, tools, and governance approaches developed within the project to support replication processes, which were recently showcased in the “The Replication Effect” infopack released by POCITYF.

Konstantinos Mavropanos and Vasilios Tsouris from the Municipality of Ioannina will also share their direct experience as a follower city in the project, reflecting on challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned from the local perspective.

This training webinar will offer municipalities, city practitioners, and urban planners involved in the development of Positive Energy Districts the opportunity to engage in open discussion, exchange experiences with peers, and actively participate in conversations around practical replication pathways for urban transition.
